6.1 Prohibited Activities

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Before closing your account, any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification checks apply. 7.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

11111b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity consistent with money laundering patterns.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 11111b staff or other players.

Where a platform-initiated closure results in the forfeiture of a balance, 11111b will provide a written explanation to the player's registered contact details within a reasonable period of the closure, where legally permissible to do so.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 11111b reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee on dormant accounts, or to close dormant accounts and return any remaining eligible balance to the last known payment method on file, after providing reasonable notice to the player's registered contact details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11111b, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, technical failure, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 11111b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

11111b endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or events beyond 11111b's reasonable control — including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or actions by third-party service providers — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 11111b shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability in such circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the 11111b platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. While 11111b selects providers based on quality and reliability standards, 11111b cannot be held responsible for technical failures, disconnections, or errors originating within a third-party game engine. In the event of a verifiable technical error that affected the outcome of a game round, 11111b will liaise with the relevant provider to determine the appropriate resolution.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 11111b's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 11111b and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
